Keep the essay writing skills you learned in law school sharp by writing practice essays. This may seems obvious to some, but others may think "I just finished 3 or more years of essay writing, I don't need to practice."
In PA the essays and performance test count for 55% of the total score so to concentrate on the MBEs over the essays is a mistake. Even if you were an excellent essay writer in law school you still need to keep up those skills.
