Performance Test

When studying for the PA Bar exam don't brush off the Performance Test (PT). A common mistake is thinking the PT is just a 90 minute open book test so you don't need to prepare for it.

You will need to find a strategy that works for you and stick with it. Experiment with reading the memo which assigns the task, outlining your answer and organizing the library material. With the amount of material assigned in the library and the writing assignment in the memo, 90 minutes is not that much time.

PA puts more weight on the PT than a standard essay so you don't want to take for granted that you will be able to blindly complete it on the day of the exam. The PT in PA is worth 1.5 times the amount of points on a standard essay.
